"A new study by J.D. Power and Associates shows that Green Mountain Energy and Stream Energy are the favorite electricity providers among Texas businesses.

The study surveyed business customers in Texas and ranked their favorite retail electricity providers. It found customers were most pleased when assigned to a specific account representative.

CPL Retail Energy and TXU Energy ranked lowest in the survey, which considered pricing; billing and payment; communications; and customer service."
